Why this school was launched.

I would like you all over the world to know Japanese cuisine well, especially home- made foods.

It is my mission to popularize Japanese home-made cuisine.

 

I met people who are interested in Japan. Most of them like Japanese Foods. However, they have less opportunities to eat home-made cuisine, and think that cooking Japanese foods is so difficult.

 

I don't think so. In my opinion,  you can cook Japanese cooking  as well as cooking abroad,  and you need only the small hang of it  and its knowledge as well.  

My school lesson will be an entrance of the Japanese cuisine.

 

Why ONLINE.

You can have lessons at home, even though you live abroad. And you can use your own cooking tools to make dishes. I think it the best to cook calmly and comfortably with your utensils, not with ones prepared in cooking studios.

 

Now, it is also a hard time to cook together at a same place, because of COVID-19.

It is the best way for everyone's health and safety.



Why Private and personalized lessons.

Some like cooking together, others don't. Some cook fast, others want to do and learn slowly.
