14 days Private Lessons with 90 days Follow-up Support

You take 14days lessons during 90days when you like.

 

 

We proceed with lessons in stage from basic, Hassle-Free to general Japanese cooking.

You will get the knowledge and skill of Japanese cooking at your pace, because of all the private lessons. And you will be able to make at least 28 items(*1) after finishing this program.

 (*1  ・・・ 14 days course x 2 recipes/class= 28 items)

 

As I tell you 2-5 arranged items during each lesson, you are supposed to cook more than  50 dishes.

  

 

 

Program Details and Highlights

 

1) 14 days' English Recipes.

You can have 14 days' recipes in English. One day's recipe has 2 kinds of Japanese dishes. ( 2 kinds x 14 days = 28 recipes )

And at least 2 more arrangements are added in one main recipe.

You can learn a total of "more than 50 items "with these recipes.

2) 14 days Private Lessons in English (or  in Japanese if you like.)

You have 14 days of private lessons after you make a reservation during 90 days I will support you . We proceed with each lesson at your own pace. One lesson takes about 1.5 hours and you are expected to finish cooking for 2.5 hours. Concerning cancellations, you should do it by the reserved lesson date before 3 days.

 

3) 90 days-personalized support system (by text)

You are entitled to use this 90 days-support system for any questions of lessons and others as follow-ups. 

 

4) New recipes 3 times per week during 90 days

 You will receive new recipes in English to cook by yourself 3 times per week during your terms. The recipes range from seasonal foods to local foods in Japan. Please apply 3) 90 days-personalized support or 2 hours free lesson to clear your questions or remove misgiving to cook by yourself.

  

5) Mail Magazine 2 times per week during 90 days

You will receive mail magazines about Japanese cooking in English 2 times per week during your terms. You can enrich your knowledge about Japanese food culture.

【Mail Magazine example 】

・How to drink Japanese tea,  kinds of Japanese tea, Japanese plates, bowls, knives and utensils.

・ How to eat Japanese foods (Manners)

・Introductions of local specialties'

・How to store foods. etc.

  

6)  Lifetime member of our cooking community to get our information during and after 90 days

You will receive our cooking community news even after finishing your program.

We are going to cook all foods in classes together.

 a.) Basic Menu … This is the most important and fundamental to make Japanese cuisine.

 1. DASHI stock / Soup with beaten eggs / Rolled Omelet with DASHI stock.

 

 b.) Hassle Free Cooking Menu … You will learn to cook some easy Japanese cuisine.  

 2. Chicken and Egg Bowl / Boiled Spinach seasoned with soy sauce

 3. MISO soup / Sauté with Chicken and Vegetable

 4. Beef Bowl / Quick Pickled Cucumber (Japanese version)

 5. Omelet Rice / Potato Salad

 6. Fried Noodles with Japanese Sauce / Cucumber Marinade (Japanese version)

 7. Rice Balls / TERIYAKI Chicken / Broccoli seasoned with Japanese Mustard

 

 b.) Advanced Cooking Menu … You will learn to cook some general Japanese cuisine. 

 8. Pasta with Japanese sauce / Salad with black sesame dressing

 9. Meat and Potatoes / Deep Fried TOFU with DASHI

10. Japanese Pork Pizza / Squid and Potatoes

11.  Chicken Cutlet Rice Bowl / Salad with Cabbage and Carrots

12.  Simmered Vegetables / Home-made Fried Chicken 

13.  TOFU Hamburger Steak with TERIYAKI Sauce / Sautéed Spinach

14.  2 Types of SUSHI / Clam Soup 

 

All dishes are generally eaten at home. You can learn step by step "basic, Hassle-Free, traditional and modern Japanese foods" in classes.
